After a number of years as the Director of Career Development at the Houston Coldwell Banker United, REALTORS corporate office, (now Coldwell Banker Realty), I decided to get back to hands-on real estate service. Training so many of our new Coldwell Banker agents in the business reminded me of how rewarding working one-on-one with personal clients can be. I have developed excellent marketing and negotiating skills during my 15-year career in the entertainment industry, first as Marketing and Promotions director for Merriweather Post Pavilion, a large outdoor amphitheater near Washington DC, and later as a booking consultant for the City of Baltimore's Pier 6 summer concert Pavilion.
